Trey is the founder, president, and CEO of Latitude Blue. His journey into custom pool building began in his own backyard—when his family had their pool built, he fell in love with the process and the joy it brought to their home. That spark lit a calling. Guided by faith and a desire to serve his community, Trey saw a need in his hometown and, with God’s direction, formed Latitude Blue.

Inspired by the laid-back rhythm of “Changes in Latitudes, Changes in Attitudes,” Trey built more than a company—he built a mission: to create spaces where families come together. With a background in plumbing, heavy equipment operation, and dirt compaction, he blends craftsmanship with creativity. His attention to detail and passion for custom design have helped Latitude Blue grow into a leader in construction, service, and retail. But at the core, Trey’s greatest love is construction & designing custom pools.

He’s a problem-solver, a team-builder, and a visionary who believes in leading by example. Known for being intense and focused, he’s also full of fun—always bringing laughter to the team.

Trey leads the company alongside his wife and co-founder, Ivy, whose strength and shared vision have been instrumental in Latitude Blue’s growth. Together, they are raising four children—their greatest adventure and blessing of all.

Faith is the foundation of Trey’s life and work. He gives all glory to God and often shares his personal testimony that have shaped his journey. Trey enjoys the quiet stillness of the morning—Bible and coffee in hand, dogs nearby—before diving into the day’s mission.

A pirate at heart, Trey leads a fleet of “ships”—each representing a part of the Latitude Blue family. At the helm, he captains the Royal Fortune, pushing the company forward with courage, grit, and faith. And yes, he once “taxied to Negril” aboard a catamaran called Jamaica Mistaka—a fitting story for a man who believes in bold living, deep purpose, and the joy of the unexpected.

Whether in the field or the office, he sees every project as a chance to create something that brings families together.

As Chief Operating Officer of Latitude Blue, Ivy plays a vital leadership role in the day-to-day management and long-term vision of this family-owned business. With responsibilities spanning the company’s construction, service, and retail operations, Ivy works tirelessly to ensure that every customer receives the highest level of care, professionalism, and quality—from concept to cannonball.

Ivy’s passion for pools and people began early, spending time around her grandmother’s swimming pool and developing a love for business and customer service. She enjoys working alongside her husband Trey, combining her operational expertise with a deep appreciation for both the logistical side of pool building and the meaningful relationships formed along the way. To Ivy, a pool isn’t just a project—it’s a place where families create lifelong memories. Hearing stories from customers about laughter, celebrations, and simple moments shared by the water is one of her greatest joys.

Outside of the business, Ivy is a dedicated wife and busy mom who knows the value of hard work, balance, and grace. She is also passionate about her faith and serves actively at Tabernacle Baptist Church, where she finds great joy in giving back to her community through ministry and service.

Whether she’s managing crews, helping a customer design their dream backyard, or encouraging her team to go the extra mile, Ivy leads with purpose, heart, and a strong sense of mission. Her commitment to excellence—at home, at work, and in her community—continues to shape the legacy and future of Latitude Blue.

Roger is the Vice President of Doin’ It Right at Latitude Blue—and the company’s very first employee. From day one, Roger has been instrumental in building the foundation of who we are. With years of experience in the pool industry, he brings a deep understanding of everything from construction to service, and he’s always ready to jump in wherever he’s needed.

Roger and Founder Trey have worked side by side for many years, operating in sync with a shared vision and a commitment to doing things the right way—every time. Whether it’s leading a build, solving a tricky service issue, or simply keeping things moving behind the scenes, Roger’s “do-it-right” mindset sets the tone for the entire team.

Beyond his technical expertise, Roger keeps things light around the shop—he’s always good for a laugh and knows how to lift spirits on a busy day. A proud Georgia Bulldogs fan, you’ll often find him cheering on his team when he’s off the clock.

Roger’s leadership, experience, and down-to-earth personality make him a core part of what makes Latitude Blue feel like family.

Hagan Fulmer is a seasoned pool service technician and trusted leader at Latitude Blue. As Chief Technical Officer, he brings a wealth of knowledge, a steady hand, and a deep commitment to excellence across every aspect of the company’s operations.

Respected by peers and customers alike, Hagan is known for solving even the toughest technical challenges with patience, precision, and a servant’s heart. But beyond the tools and troubleshooting, Hagan finds his greatest joy in connecting with people and doing the job right—every time.

A natural teacher, Hagan plays a key role in training new team members, explaining not just how tasks are done, but why we do them the Latitude Blue way. His approach helps build a culture of pride, quality, and consistency across the company.

An Eagle Scout, Hagan lives by the values of service, integrity, and perseverance. His life has been transformed by his faith in Jesus Christ, which continues to guide him as he strives to be the man, husband, father, and friend he’s called to be.

Intentional in how he lives and leads, Hagan is known for his sharp wit, his endless supply of fascinating facts, and his love for spending time with the people who matter most. His leadership is grounded in humility, grace, and a desire to help others grow.

With over 30 years of customer service experience, Rodger Hassler brings leadership, encouragement, and a servant’s heart to his role as Service Manager at Latitude Blue. From day one—literally—Rodger jumped right in. On his very first day, he was cleaning a pool in the snow, a perfect introduction to our commitment to taking care of your investment year-round.

Rodger’s favorite part of his job is bringing the entire team together to serve customers with excellence. He believes that when everyone works in unity, great things happen—not just for the company, but for every customer we serve.

Rodger leads by example, modeling servant leadership grounded in his strong faith. His peers describe him as an encourager—someone who uplifts, supports, and inspires those around him.

When he’s not at work, you’ll often find Rodger teaching Bible lessons to children at Tabernacle Baptist Church, serving faithfully as the church treasurer, or enjoying his greatest hobby: fishing. Whether he’s casting a line or living out his faith by “fishing for men,” Rodger finds joy in helping others and being a light in his community.

At Latitude Blue, Rodger is more than a manager—he’s a steady presence, a trusted guide, and a reminder that great service begins with a heart for others.

HIS POWER TOOL: BIG SCREENS. Rodger’s favorite tool is the big screen—all the better to see with! Whether he’s reviewing service schedules or helping a technician troubleshoot, he likes to have the full picture.

Mark brings over 40 years of experience in education to our team, along with a lifelong commitment to learning and service. He’s no stranger to a swimming pool either—having taught swim lessons to what feels like half of Cartersville! We were fortunate to bring Mark out of retirement to join the Latitude Blue family, and he’s quickly made a splash in the pool industry.

A true lifelong learner, Mark has immersed himself in mastering the ins and outs of pools so he can better serve every customer. He takes pride in helping pool owners solve problems and gain the knowledge they need to truly know their pool.

Outside of work, Mark is a passionate sports fan, cheering on all the local schools and proudly supporting the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets every Saturday. He finds his greatest joy in meeting the needs of others, spending time on the beach with his wife Nellie, and enjoying life with their growing family—including four daughters and seven grandchildren.

Sam Philliber brings over six years of accounting experience to Latitude Blue, where he’s known by his team as determined, dependable, and full of energy. With a sharp eye for detail and a love for efficiency, Sam uses financial reporting and data analysis to help drive smarter decisions and build streamlined processes that enhance both operations and customer experience.

A tech-savvy problem solver, Sam has a passion for integrating technology into accounting and service workflows. His contributions have added tremendous value to Latitude Blue, helping the company grow with clarity and precision behind the scenes.

When he’s not crunching numbers, Sam enjoys life’s biggest joys—spending time with his wife, Morgan, and their two children, Ivy and Web. An adventurer at heart, he loves to travel and explore new places. He’s also a top-level judge for Magic: The Gathering tournaments, where his strategic thinking and rule mastery shine.

FUN FACT: Sam once won a car and $3,100 on Wheel of Fortune. Yes—he solves puzzles and financials like a pro.

HIS POWER TOOL: Excel – because spreadsheets are life! For Sam, solving puzzles—whether in accounting or beyond—is where he shines.

Maggie Shook joined the Latitude Blue team in June 2025 after earning her bachelor’s degree from Kennesaw State University—and she’s been making a meaningful impact ever since. As a Junior Accountant, she focuses on accounts payable and vendor relationships, ensuring things run smoothly behind the scenes while keeping operations organized and efficient.

Her favorite part of the job? The people. Whether it’s problem-solving with the team, celebrating milestones with creative office decor, or soaking up wisdom from Ivy and Trey, Maggie finds joy in connection. Known for her kindness and quick wit, she has a contagious energy that lights up the office.

Outside of work, Maggie is deeply passionate about pouring into the next generation, often serving in her church and joyfully stepping in to help with the Jordan kiddos. To her, Latitude Blue isn’t just a workplace—it’s a family, and she’s a big part of what makes it special.

When she’s not accounting or lending a helping hand, you’ll find Maggie soaking up quality time with the people who matter most—always present, always heartfelt, always fully Maggie.

When asked “What grocery store aisle are you?” Her answer? Ethnic food, of course—vibrant, unique, and full of flavor.

A proud Cartersville native, Emily brings warmth, professionalism, and a heart for people to her role as Customer Service Representative at Latitude Blue. She supports every facet of the business—Construction, Service, Retail, and even scheduling technicians—making sure the right people are in the right places at the right time.

Emily began her journey with Latitude Blue as a store assistant, and she still cherishes the opportunity to connect with customers face-to-face. She has a natural gift for building relationships, listening closely to customer needs, and making every interaction personal and positive.

Outside of work, Emily enjoys riding horses, hunting, and spending time with her two dogs. But her most important role is being a proud mom to her daughter, Ryleigh Anne—a joy and responsibility she treasures deeply.

Her favorite tool? The screwdriver—simple, useful, and always ready to get the job done—just like Emily.

Becky is the friendly, familiar voice behind the Latitude Blue number—the one who answers with a smile you can hear. With over 30 years of customer service experience, she brings both heart and expertise to every conversation, ensuring every customer feels heard, helped, and valued.

She loves connecting with people, learning new things, and building relationships that last. Becky doesn’t just handle calls—she makes people feel at home.

A devoted Christian, Becky openly shares her faith in Jesus and lives it out through daily kindness, encouragement, and care. Her faith shines in the way she serves others, both in and out of the office.

Outside of work, Becky enjoys reading and treasures time with her family, especially cheering on her grandkids in multiple sports.

Her favorite tools? A big spoon (because everyone needs one) and a pizza cutter—practical, reliable, and a little fun… just like Becky.

Julie is the master of warranties and an ordering extraordinaire, serving as the go-to Purchasing & Inventory Coordinator at Latitude Blue. Highly organized and always thinking one step ahead, she thrives behind the scenes—managing inventory, tracking down parts, and making sure the team has exactly what they need to keep things flowing smoothly.

She has a passion for problem-solving and a constant curiosity that drives her to learn new systems and refine internal processes. From overseeing product warranties to keeping the warehouse in check, Julie is a vital part of the engine that powers the service team.

Julie especially enjoys seeing happy customers and loves the fun, sometimes hilarious photos sent in by the on- the-road technicians. For her, being busy and feeling included are two of the best parts of working at Latitude Blue—and she brings that same sense of care and belonging to the entire team.

Outside of work, Julie enjoys a good book, a great meal, and watching her children laugh and play. Known for her wit and practicality, she proudly claims her favorite tools as a spoon (versatile and always nearby) and a toilet roll holder (because, honestly, it’s underrated).

With over four years of experience as a pool service technician, Noah Tidwell brings energy, dedication, and a love for the outdoors to every job. He thrives on fresh air, meeting people, and making sure every pool he services is crystal clear and ready to enjoy.

Known among his peers as funny, outgoing, and hardworking, Noah never sits still—and that’s just how he likes it. Whether he’s fine-tuning water chemistry or swinging his favorite Milwaukee Impact, he’s all in, every time.

Outside of work, Noah is a fitness enthusiast, car lover, and true outdoorsman. He enjoys working out, exploring nature, spending time with friends and his dog, and cheering on his beloved Georgia Bulldogs.

When it came time to name his work truck, Noah felt called by his faith—“The Ark” was the only choice. Just as the biblical ark carried life and purpose through the storm, Noah captains The Ark with the same heart: steady, reliable, and always moving forward.

Whether he’s on the road, in the backyard, or in the gym, Noah brings passion, positivity, and a deep sense of purpose to everything he does.

Isai is a dedicated pool service technician with several years of experience and a reputation for positivity, teamwork, and a genuine love for what he does. Whether he’s brushing, balancing chemistry, or vacuuming (his favorite!), Isai finds real satisfaction in keeping pools clean, sparkling, and ready for enjoyment. He thrives alongside his teammates, always bringing a smile, a laugh, and a can-do attitude.

Outside of work, Isai is an avid hiker who finds peace in the mountains. He’s fluent in Spanish, English, and currently learning Korean. He brings global curiosity to everything he does. A passionate Atlanta United fan, he loves soccer and any chance to be part of a team—on the field or at work.

Kind, funny, and always wearing a smile behind his glasses, Isai brings positivity and good humor wherever he goes.

Smart, hardworking, and always ready with a bit of humor, Andrew invites customers to join him while he works. He enjoys educating pool owners on how their systems work, helping them feel confident, empowered, and in control of their backyard oasis.

Outside of work, Andrew’s greatest joy is his family, who inspire his dedication, optimism, and work ethic every single day.

Melissa also plays a key role in planning and hosting employee and customer appreciation events, creating meaningful moments that celebrate the people who make Latitude Blue special. Her leadership brings creativity, care, and connection to every gathering.

He’s the kind of guy who remembers your dog’s name, your favorite donut, and exactly how you like your pool water. Equal parts technician and team cheerleader, Darvin is the guy who makes work feel like a cookout—always ready with a joke, a helping hand, or a plate of something delicious.

Around the shop, Darvin’s the one rubbing butts and grilling ribs—the unofficial pitmaster of Latitude Blue. Whether it’s fixing a stubborn cleaner or firing up the smoker, he’s happiest when others are smiling. He’s the guy who makes work feel like a backyard cookout: relaxed, fun, and full of good flavor.
